Der Hof Süessenhus/Dorf 16 liegt mitten im Dorfkern von Buttisholz. Das Wohnhaus steht an der Dorfstrasse und ist in der ist Bestandteil der Kernzone von Nationaler Bedeutung. Die Scheune liegt gleich dahinter. 40 Jahre lang wurde der Hof von Werner Schmid geführt. Seit 2008 von Beatrcie und Ueli Zemp. Der Hof wird seit 2013 biologisch bewirtschaftet.
Ein Teil der Produkte (Milch, Munelifleisch, Kartoffeln) werden dirket vermarktet.
